The short version
Aviator KYC checks belong to your casino account. Compare ID, address and payment documents, handle rejection and separate verification from payout delays.
What does Aviator KYC verification verify?
Aviator KYC verification concerns the identity checks on your casino account, not a special certificate for the Aviator game. KYC means Know Your Customer. Depending on the operator and applicable rules, a check can involve your identity, address, payment ownership or the origin of money used in the account. There is no single Aviator-wide document checklist or approval time.
Start with the exact request in your existing account. Email confirmation, a game-round fairness check and a pending withdrawal are different things. Our payment and withdrawal guide covers the wider payment process; this article focuses on documents, rejected submissions and questions to ask support. It is for adults resolving an account issue, not finding a casino that avoids checks.

How we checked the information
On 17 September 2026, we reviewed Gambling Commission guidance, two operators' public account terms, official anti-phishing advice and SPRIBE's fairness documentation. We also compared five related registration, payment and no-verification articles. SPRIBE evidence was recovered from its public client-rendered page data, not a gameplay session.
We did not register an account, upload ID, deposit, bet or test a withdrawal. The operator examples below are policy reviews, not recommendations or speed tests. Current Aviator availability and local licensing were not established for either partner. Their Belgium and Netherlands restrictions are explicit. Affiliate disclosure: this site may earn a commission from the four partner links; that relationship does not verify any claim.
ID, address and payment documents: what each check is for
Ask which requirement is still outstanding before sending another file. A bank statement might help establish an address, a payment or source of funds, but those are separate questions. The operator needs to say what it is asking you to prove.
| Check | Document example | What to confirm |
|---|---|---|
| Identity and age | Government-issued passport, identity card or driving licence, where accepted. | Accepted document type, validity and required sides. Do not assume every operator accepts every ID. |
| Residential address | A named utility bill is one published example. | Required name/address details, maximum document age and accepted format. |
| Payment ownership | Evidence that you made the payment to the casino. | Exactly which account or transaction details must be visible, and what may be masked. |
| Additional identity check | A valid ID and a selfie may be requested under Policy B, section 17.2.1. | The authenticated instructions and approved submission channel; there is no universal selfie procedure here. |
| Source of funds | Financial evidence explaining where the money came from. | The period and source being checked. Proof that you own a bank account does not by itself explain the funds. |
Not everybody must upload all of these. The Gambling Commission's age and ID guide explains that electronic checks can sometimes match an account to existing records; documents may be needed when that is insufficient. The Commission does not prescribe a single accepted-document list. Its guidance applies to its British regulatory context, not every online casino worldwide.
Two operator policies compared, not two payout promises
Both reviewed policies also list the United Kingdom among their restrictions. The Great Britain rules discussed below are separate regulatory guidance, not evidence that either example is available or licensed there. These examples concern general platform accounts, not confirmed Aviator availability.
★ BitStarz is Policy A. Its formal terms, section 7 distinguish proof of identity, payment and address. Address evidence must be no older than 90 days. The terms also allow later requests after an address change or ID expiry: approval is not a guaranteed one-time check.
★ BetFury is Policy B. Its terms, sections 5, 9 and 17 describe picture ID, recent address evidence, possible selfie checks and information about occupation, income and source of funds. A practical drawback is the broad scope for restrictions while information is reviewed. Changing a withdrawal wallet, payment method or blockchain can be a basis for extra checks under section 9.11.
| Question | Policy A | Policy B |
|---|---|---|
| Address-document age | No older than 90 days, section 7.2.3. | A recent utility bill is an example; no numeric maximum established by this review. |
| Later checks possible? | Yes; prior KYC completion does not prevent additional requests. | Yes; identity and origin-of-funds confirmation can restrict account functions. |
| Guaranteed withdrawal deadline? | Not established. | Not established; the anti-fraud clause allows seven days or more if needed. |
| Belgium and Netherlands? | Both explicitly restricted, including fiat and crypto play. | Residents of both explicitly restricted. |
| Aviator availability verified? | No. | No. |
Partner links: BitStarz account site and BetFury account site. These are not invitations for residents of Belgium, the Netherlands or the United Kingdom to register or play. Elsewhere, check local law and the full current restrictions; omission from a list is not permission. Our Netherlands and Belgium guide addresses that distinction.
Rejected verification: get the reason, then correct the submission
Save the exact error and submission time, then ask support which requirement failed. The checks below are preparation advice, not measured causes of rejection or a promise of acceptance.
- Names or addresses do not match: ask how to correct the account record or document a legitimate change. Do not edit the identity document itself.
- Expired ID or old address evidence: confirm the operator's accepted validity window. The 90-day example above is not a universal rule.
- Unreadable image or missing information: confirm which sides and details are required before taking a clearer copy. Ask for file type and size limits rather than guessing.
- If a requested selfie or liveness prompt fails: follow the genuine verification flow's instructions and report the error. Do not send extra selfies to an unsolicited contact offering approval.
- Payment evidence remains outstanding: ask which deposit, account or transaction must be evidenced. Another passport image will not answer a payment-ownership question.
If an app or website upload tool is broken, ask official support for an approved alternative rather than sending documents to a public chat. Our technical troubleshooting guide explains why saving the record should come before a browser reset.

How long does verification take, and why is a withdrawal still pending?
There is no verified universal Aviator KYC deadline. The Gambling Commission says it cannot give a timescale: electronic verification may be instant, while reviewing documents can take longer. That is not a guarantee that a withdrawal follows immediately after an ID check.
Keep the stages separate: account verification, withdrawal review and payment delivery. A successful game cashout settles a bet; it is not the same as sending money out of the account. If your balance includes promotional funds, also identify the applicable bonus conditions rather than treating a bonus restriction as an ID failure.
Policy B illustrates the timing problem. Its KYC clause, section 17.2, uses the wording 7 days’ first response
and says the full procedure should take no more than 30 days, but the first-response wording is unclear about whose response it means. Separately, its anti-fraud withdrawal clause, section 9.1, allows seven days and more if needed
. Neither phrase should be advertised as a guaranteed seven-day payout or 30-day release of funds.
Ask support: Is identity review complete? Is another document required? Has the withdrawal been approved and dispatched? If dispatched, what payment reference can be provided? Do not deposit or place another bet to test whether an account restriction has cleared.
What British rules say about checks at withdrawal
For remote operators within the scope of Gambling Commission condition 17.1.1, identity information must be obtained and verified before the customer gambles. It includes name, address and date of birth. Before deposits, operators should explain the types of documents they may need, the circumstances and the submission method.
A withdrawal request must not trigger an information demand the licensee could reasonably have made earlier. The condition still allows information needed at that point because of another legal obligation. In its 12 August 2026 reminder, the Commission also says it does not expect enhanced due diligence for every new customer at onboarding. Early identity verification and later risk-based checks are not contradictory.
These are rules for the relevant Commission-regulated activity in Great Britain. They do not establish either partner's licence status or govern every reader's account. A hold is not automatically justified because support mentions AML, nor automatically unlawful because you supplied ID earlier. The actual reason, governing rules and timing matter.
The Commission's withdrawal guidance says customers should normally be told why a withdrawal is delayed, while recognising legal anti-tipping-off and investigation constraints. Those limits on disclosure do not make every unexplained hold lawful.
Protect your documents and recognise a verification scam
An unexpected request for ID deserves a separate safety check. The National Cyber Security Centre advises contacting the organisation independently when a message seems suspicious, using details from its official website rather than the message.
Navigate to the genuine account or help area yourself. Confirm the request, required documents and approved upload channel. Do not send KYC files to this affiliate site, a public chat or someone promising faster approval by direct message. Never share your password, one-time security codes, wallet seed phrase or private keys.
Ask what information can be masked before uploading payment evidence; do not obscure details that the verified request requires without agreement. A privacy policy is not a security audit, and a request to delete documents does not override every legal retention duty. If you cannot verify the recipient, stop the upload and raise the issue through a known official channel.

If support cannot resolve the hold
Use the operator's formal complaints process and keep copies. Record the withdrawal date, amount, status changes, document-request dates, submission receipts and support references. Keep sensitive copies private; a public complaint does not need a full passport image.
For gambling businesses in the British regulatory process, the Commission's complaint guide gives the operator eight weeks to resolve a complaint. An unresolved qualifying dispute may then go to an independent ADR provider. Follow the referral instructions in any deadlock letter. Eight weeks is a complaint-handling period, not a permitted KYC delay or promised payout time. Other jurisdictions have different routes.
While a dispute is open, do not gamble to recover money you cannot withdraw. Aviator is gambling: losses are possible, and verification does not improve your odds or make it income. Observe the legal age and local rules. If play or a delayed payment is causing distress, use our responsible-gambling support page.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a separate verified Aviator ID?
The KYC policies reviewed concern an operator account, not a separate Aviator certificate. A username, email confirmation or account number is not proof that identity review is complete. SPRIBE's provably fair feature checks round information; it does not verify your identity or approve a casino withdrawal. Ask your actual operator which account check is outstanding.
Can I withdraw without sending a passport?
Possibly, but that cannot be promised. Electronic checks or another accepted identity document may suffice under the applicable rules. The reviewed policies do not establish a universal passport requirement or a permanent no-document entitlement. Confirm the operator's current request and accepted alternatives through official support; do not use another person's documents.
Does using crypto mean no KYC?
No such guarantee follows from using cryptocurrency. The reviewed platform policies allow identity and additional checks, and one specifically discusses extra verification after changes of withdrawal wallet, payment method or blockchain. A crypto payment is not evidence of an exemption. Do not switch networks or payment accounts to try to avoid a review.
Can the casino ask for documents after I was already verified?
The reviewed terms allow later requests, for example after an ID expires, an address changes or additional financial checks become necessary. That does not prove every request or delay is justified. Ask what requirement remains outstanding. In Great Britain, the applicable Commission rule also limits withdrawal-time demands for information that could reasonably have been requested earlier.
Should I pay someone to unlock verification or a pending withdrawal?
Do not send money, documents or account credentials to a stranger offering approval. Verify any unexpected request through independently obtained official contact details. Preserve the message and use the operator's genuine support or complaints route rather than following a link in the approach. Never provide your password or wallet seed phrase.
