The short version
Aviator not working? Preserve bet records before browser resets. Check loading failures, disputed cashouts, operator complaint rules and safe support steps.
Check the wager before the browser
If the Aviator game is not working, first check whether a bet remains unresolved. Stop placing new bets, preserve the error and check the account record. A frozen plane or an unresponsive Cashout button does not establish what happened to the wager. Resetting the browser cannot settle that question.
This guide separates loading failures, uncertain bet acceptance and disputed cashouts. Cashing out during a round is also different from withdrawing money through the cashier. If the labels are unfamiliar, our guide to the basic game controls explains them.

Method: this article uses public documents retrieved on 14 September 2026 and an editorial check on 15 September 2026. Browser help, regulator guidance and saved operator terms were reviewed; no account, gameplay, device, deposit or support-response test took place. The diagnostic sequence is editorial advice, not a tested repair. No current game outage was verified.
Match the symptom to the evidence
Save what is visible before changing anything: the error text, time and timezone, stake and currency, round or bet reference, and any transaction entry. Mark missing details as unknown. Use the table to choose the next step; it does not diagnose the cause from the screen alone.
| Symptom | Record or check | Safe next step |
|---|---|---|
| Game will not load before betting | Error text; whether the account pages load; any earlier unresolved wager. | If no wager is unresolved, use the browser checks below. |
| Bet button was pressed, but acceptance is unclear | Stake deduction, bet reference and recorded status. | Ask support whether the bet was accepted. Do not repeat it to find out. |
| Plane freezes or connection drops during a bet | Visible state, timestamp and available bet history. | Preserve evidence and request the recorded settlement before resetting. |
| Cashout appears not to register | Observed action, any confirmation and the round's recorded result. | Ask which request the operator recorded and which rule it applied. |
| Round result and balance disagree | Bet result and related account transaction, including currency. | Report the mismatch without making a replacement stake. |
| Cashier withdrawal is pending | Withdrawal reference and cashier status. | Use the payment support route; browser repairs do not determine payment status. |
Keep the original screenshot privately and redact unrelated personal or payment details from the copy you send. The Aviator glossary can help with terminology, but support must explain any status label that is specific to your account.
An unconfirmed cashout needs a record check
Write down what you observed without turning it into a conclusion. For example: 'I pressed Cashout while this multiplier was displayed; I did not see a confirmation.' Do not replace that with 'the server accepted my cashout' unless the record supports it. A screenshot preserves your display, but does not by itself establish request receipt or settlement.
Check the available bet history against the account transaction. If either is missing or contradictory, ask support to identify the accepted wager, recorded cashout request and settlement. Do not assign an invented waiting period after which a balance must correct itself. Keep the case open if the explanation does not address the discrepancy.
If automatic settings were involved, record what was enabled and the target shown. Our Auto Bet and Auto Cashout comparison explains why repeated entry and automatic exit are separate controls. The cashout-target guide covers the exit setting; neither guide proves that a particular disputed request succeeded.
There is no verified universal promise here that a disconnect causes automatic cashout or a refund. A local display freeze, lost internet connection and gaming-system malfunction are different situations. Ask which interruption rule applies to this incident and request its version or effective date. Never disconnect deliberately to try to force a payout.
Browser and app checks after the wager is resolved
Begin these steps only when no wager remains unresolved. If support is still investigating, send the evidence first and ask what diagnostics it needs before clearing data. The purpose is to check page loading without risking more money. Do not place test bets or make a test deposit.

- Check the operator's official service notices or support channel. A status page for unrelated software named Aviator cannot establish the game's status.
- Close unnecessary tabs and apps, and pause downloads. Google Chrome's crash guidance identifies memory pressure as one possible cause. Reload the affected page once and note the result.
- If loading still fails, restart the browser and try the page in another browser without betting. Google recommends this comparison to help distinguish a browser issue from a page issue. Failure in both can involve the network or website; it does not prove a provider-wide outage.
- If you try clearing site data, use the affected site only. On desktop Chrome, open Settings, Privacy and security, Third-party cookies, then See all site data and permissions. Search for the website and delete its entry. Menus can vary by version.
- Record the browser or app version and whether the issue began after an update. Use only the browser's own update mechanism or the operator's verified app distribution route. Do not install a supposed repair APK from a message or search advert.
Read Google's cookie and site-data instructions before deletion: it can sign you out and remove saved preferences. Incognito blocks third-party cookies by default, so it is not a guaranteed fix. Do not globally disable protections or erase saved passwords to troubleshoot one page.
For phone terminology, see our mobile browser and app guide. This article does not establish a universal app menu or reinstall procedure. Stop if the message concerns account restrictions or location eligibility; do not use a VPN or another account to bypass it.
Two operator policies, with different complaint clocks
These public terms illustrate why the account's own procedure matters. They are not recommendations to change casinos or evidence of current Aviator availability. Affiliate disclosure: the four operator links below may earn us commission. They are affiliate entry links, not direct links to the terms documents.
| Operator and document | Submission and timing | Limit of the claim |
|---|---|---|
| BetFury: Terms and Conditions, clauses 22.1–22.5; page update timestamp 10 September 2026 | Submit a complaint by email using the registered address. Clause 22.3 states an intended response within 28 days; 22.4 requires disputes within 14 days after the wager is decided. Clause 22.5 describes management escalation. | These are stated terms, not measured support performance, a resolution guarantee or a legal assessment of the deadline. |
| 7Bit: Terms and Conditions, version 2.7, effective 17 March 2025, updated 25 February 2026; section 12 | Complaint channels include live chat, support email or an online form. The section promises acknowledgement within 24 hours and the investigation outcome by email. | Acknowledgement is not resolution. Section 12 gives no fixed resolution deadline; no support interaction was tested. |
For the technical clauses, BetFury discusses system errors and voiding in clause 11.1. 7Bit discusses connection problems and erroneous wagers separately in section 2. Neither establishes that your frozen browser qualifies for a refund. Ask support to identify the applicable clause rather than treating a general liability statement as a decision on your case.
Both reviewed restricted-country policies include the United Kingdom, in clause 3.3 and section 3 respectively. These examples are not options for UK players and the Great Britain procedure below does not automatically apply to them. Do not bypass restrictions.
Copy this support ticket
Use the support route inside the verified operator website. Keep a copy and request a case number. Fill unknown fields with 'unknown'; do not guess a round ID or cashout time.
Subject: Aviator loading / bet acceptance / cashout issue Operator and website: [domain] Account reference: [identifier requested by official support] Incident date, time and timezone: [details] Round ID / bet ID / transaction ID: [references or unknown] Stake and currency: [details] What I saw and did: [error, action, displayed multiplier] Confirmation received: [wording or none observed] Recorded result and balance discrepancy: [details] Automatic settings, if relevant: [enabled controls and target] Device, OS, browser or app version: [details] Connection type: [Wi-Fi / mobile / wired] Evidence attached: [redacted screenshots and records] Existing case number: [reference or none] Please confirm whether the wager was accepted, what cashout request was recorded, how it settled, and which published rule/version applies. Please explain any mismatch and provide the complaint escalation route.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, recovery phrases or full payment credentials. Do not give unsolicited helpers remote access. If a reply only lists browser fixes, ask separately for the wager decision and its supporting record.
Complaints and ADR in Great Britain
For gambling covered by the applicable Great Britain framework, Gambling Commission RTS 10 requires fair interruption policies and information about them. Its guidance distinguishes different scenarios, including fair case-by-case treatment of multiplayer games. It does not promise a refund for every disconnect.
Follow the business's complaint procedure first. The Commission's complaint guidance says to provide dates, times, amounts and evidence, retain copies, and allow the business eight weeks to resolve the complaint.
Its ADR guidance, updated 15 May 2026, describes a free, independent route after that process and eight weeks if you remain dissatisfied. Ask the business for its ADR provider and any deadlock letter. The provider decides eligibility; customer-service-only complaints are excluded. The Commission does not decide individual gambling-transaction complaints or recover money for you. Outside this framework, check the relevant local procedure.
Do not chase disputed money
Do not raise stakes or deposit elsewhere to recover disputed money. NHS gambling-harm guidance identifies chasing losses as a warning sign and advises against viewing gambling as a way to make money. It describes support, including self-referral to specialist clinics in England. Use appropriate local services elsewhere. You can pursue a complaint while taking a break from gambling.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is Aviator down right now?
This document review did not verify a current outage. Check your operator's official notices or support. A similarly named software status page is not evidence about the casino game.
Does a disconnect automatically cash out my bet?
Do not assume that. The applicable game rules and operator records determine the outcome. Ask support how it classified the interruption and what settlement it recorded.
Should I refresh or clear cookies during an unresolved wager?
Preserve the visible evidence and request the wager status first. Leave browser resets and site-data deletion until no wager remains unresolved; deleting cookies can also sign you out.
Does a frozen Cashout button prove I am owed a refund?
No. It records a symptom, not the cause or accepted request. Save the time and bet reference, then ask for the recorded result and the rule used to settle it.
Is a pending withdrawal the same as a failed cashout?
No. A round cashout concerns a wager; a cashier withdrawal concerns moving account funds. Send the appropriate reference to support rather than trying to fix both by reloading the game.
Do I need a small bet or deposit to test a fix?
No. Page-loading checks do not require a financial transaction. If the account record is still unclear or the error returns, stop and update the existing support ticket.
